We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@cipherloq.com.au. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the transaction.
